Bombay High Court rejected a plea filed by filmmaker Firoz A Nadiadwala seeking dismissal of a ₹24-crore commercial suit filed against him. Businessman Anil Dhanraj Jethani had filed the suit alleging non-payment of dues after he had agreed to fund Nadiadwala's film production in 2015. Nadiadwala filed the petition claiming that he hadn't served any writ of summons.
