Bombay High Court stayed Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) 2026-2029 polls citing lack of transparency in the hasty induction of nearly 400 new members into voter's list weeks before polls. This follows a petition filed by former India cricketer Kedar Jadhav and others, alleging irregularities and links between several new members and incumbent President and NCP-SP MLA Rohit Pawar's family.
