Actor Ranbir Kapoor, speaking about the failure of 'Bombay Velvet' at the box office, said, "It deserved the fate that it had because it wasn't a good film." He also called the Anurag Kashyap directorial a "big disaster of Indian cinema". Ranbir further said 'Jagga Jasoos' is the only film in his career whose failure has hurt him.
