American boxer Andre Dirrell's uncle punched Dirrell's Venezuelan opponent José Uzcátegui just after the IBF interim super middleweight title fight on Sunday in the US. Dirrell was declared the winner as his rival Uzcategui threw punches after the final bell, following which Dirrell's uncle confronted Uzcategui. The series of events also sparked fights among fans supporting the respective boxers.
