A 14-year-old was killed in Odisha's Jajpur after a fight over a plate of chow mein. The chow mein stall owner and BJD leader Kamal Mallik thrashed the boy and his father after they asked the reason behind a 30-minute delay in serving the dish. Mallik has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
