Former US President Donald Trump sent a special birthday letter to an eight-year-old boy battling a rare brain disorder and growth hormone deficiency. A video has surfaced online in which the boy could be seen getting emotional upon receiving the letter. "We're so encouraged by the strength...you've shown throughout your young life...Remember you're never alone," Trump wrote in the letter.
