A 27-year-old woman from Brampton has been arrested and is facing nearly 40 charges after allegedly defrauding renters of more than $60,000, said the police. The accused has been identified as Savreet Kaur, 27, of Brampton, Canada. The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice.
