Brazil has approved the use of Russia's Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine, becoming the 67th country to authorise the vaccine, Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said. So far, the country has administered more than 6.6 crore coronavirus vaccine doses. Brazil is one of the worst coronavirus-hit countries in the world, with over 1.6 crore cases and over 4.7 lakh coronavirus-related deaths.
