A 34-year-old woman in Brazil died after a botched plastic surgery to be thinner left her with a massive blood clot in her lungs. She had undergone a tummy tucking procedure on August 23 and began developing shortness of breath and chest pain two days after the surgery. Subsequently, she was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism and died on August 26.
