A 59-year-old woman undergoing evaluation in Hyderabad hospital for a breast lump was diagnosed with primary hyperparathyroidism after doctors identified a rare brown tumour linked to elevated parathyroid hormone levels. Further tests revealed a parathyroid adenoma, which was removed through surgery. Her calcium levels returned to normal following treatment.
