A bridge in Bihar's Katihar that was built for ₹6 crore under PM Gram Sadak Yojana remains inoperable four years after its work began as the approach road that should connect it to the local road network hasn't been completed, NDTV reported. Locals say the bridge looks finished, but the approach road wasn't built because land acquisition was not completed.
