A portion of the 4th Tawi Bridge caved in amid heavy rainfall in J&K on Tuesday, leaving several vehicles stranded on the damaged stretch. A video of the same has also surfaced online. Traffic movement has been completely halted in the area. The heavy rainfall has already triggered flood alerts and forced schools to shut across the region.
