Brigade Group plans ₹40,000 cr investment over 3 years

Brigade Group plans to invest ₹40,000 crore over the next three years to develop 40 million sq ft across residential, office, retail, and hospitality segments. About 70% will go to residential, 20% to office and retail, and 10% to hospitality. The company is also evaluating a REIT to monetise its commercial and hospitality portfolio.
