Brightcom Group subsidiary takes full stake in The Perspective

Brightcom Group said its partially owned subsidiary OnoMagic has acquired the remaining stake in The Perspective, making it a wholly owned digital publishing platform. The acquisition aims to support audience growth, content development and digital advertising opportunities. Brightcom Group has a market capitalisation of ₹1,947 crore, with a PE of 2.02 and ROCE of 14.9 per cent.
