Britannia Industries CEO, Vice-Chairman and MD Varun Berry has resigned after being associated with the company for 12 years. Rakshit Hargave will serve as the firm's new MD and CEO, effective December 15, 2025, and until he takes charge, N Venkataraman, currently Executive Director and CFO, will serve as interim CEO. Before joining Britannia in 2013, Berry worked with PepsiCo.
