ITC's largest shareholder British American Tobacco (BAT) has sold a 3.5% stake in ITC worth ₹17,491 crore through a block deal, CNBC-TV18 reported on Wednesday. Around 43.7 crore ITC shares were exchanged in the block deal at an average price of ₹400.4 per share. Based on the December quarter shareholding pattern, BAT held a 29% stake in ITC.
