The complaint was filed by former Broker Network employee Arun Singh Shekhawat in May 2023. Rahul Yadav is alleged to have borrowed INR 50 Lakh from Shekhawat in August 2022 on the pretext of paying salaries to employees of Broker Network. Yadav was taken to the Khar Police Station on November 9, 2023, where he paid a bail guarantee.
