BRS MLA T Harish Rao called Telangana CM Revanth Reddy "psycho" after he said, "If you cut them (BRS leaders) and spill their blood on the farms, farmers will be able to cultivate their crops." Calling CM's remarks "highly disgusting", Rao stated, "If our blood is what is preventing him from providing water to farmers, we're prepared to shed it."
