BSE becomes 1st Indian stock exchange to file for IPO

Asia's oldest stock exchange BSE on Friday ​filed draft papers with markets regulator SEBI for its initial public offering (IPO), which will make it the first Indian stock exchange to be listed. The IPO of India's second biggest exchange is expected to range between ₹1,200 crore and ₹2,000 crore. Earlier, NSE said it plans to file for listing next year.
