BSE on Monday said it has received approval of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to appoint Sundararaman Ramamurthy as its MD and CEO. His appointment is subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions, including approval from the shareholders, BSE said in a regulatory filing. Ashishkumar Chauhan stepped down as MD and CEO of BSE in July.
