Stock exchanges BSE and NSE will conduct a mock trading session on Monday in the Offer for Sale (OFS) segment to familiarise participants with the recent changes introduced by Sebi. The OFS mechanism allows promoters of listed companies to sell their shares through a bidding platform. The new rules extend the OFS window by one day after posting the bids.
