BSE Q2 net profit jumps 45% YoY to ₹809 crore

BSE reported a 44.9% YoY rise in Q2 FY27 consolidated net profit to ₹809.15 crore, although profit declined 7.4% sequentially. EBITDA increased 42.4% YoY to ₹984 crore, with the margin expanding to 69% from 65% a year earlier. Revenue from transaction charges grew 42% to ₹1,127.8 crore, supporting operating performance.
