BSF will investigate if the pilot of the jet that crashed on Tuesday in Delhi had reported a snag before take-off, said BSF chief DK Pathak. It is reportedly being speculated that the jet was cleared for take-off even though a snag was reported. A probe into the crash has also been ordered by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
