Tejas Networks, a Tata Group company, has completed its ₹7,492-crore contract with BSNL, supplying equipment for over 1 lakh 4G and 5G sites. The project, among the world’s largest RAN deployments, involved TCS and C-DOT. BSNL plans to launch 4G in June 2025 and upgrade to 5G using the same infrastructure once the network stabilises.
