Union Minister for Communications Ravishankar Prasad on Tuesday announced that state-run telecom service provider BSNL will offer free national roaming from June 15. Further, he added that full mobile portability will be given from July. BSNL had slashed roaming tariff by up to 40% for its prepaid and postpaid mobile connection in May.
