A petition was filed against BTS' Suga, demanding broadcast ban due to driving under influence (DUI) offence in 2024. The petition pointed Suga's influence over youth, and read, "SUGA's appearances on television could weaken public awareness of gravity of DUI crimes." He was caught riding electric scooter with blood alcohol content over 0.08%, enough for licence revocation in South Korea.
