Buckingham Palace has opened its East Wing featuring the iconic balcony to public for the first time through exclusive £75 limited tours. Following five years of renovations, public access begins next week on a trial basis, although access to the balcony itself remains restricted for safety reasons. The newly renovated rooms showcase Chinese-style decor with elaborate lily-themed lamps and art.
