Snapdeal Co-founder and CEO Kunal Bahl, reacting to the Union Budget 2021, said that it "holds out various positives for the startup sector". Bahl added that the reduced residency requirements for founders will boost the startup ecosystem. He further lauded the extension of tax holiday eligibility for startups by one year and the ₹1,500-crore scheme to promote digital payments.
