Apple has issued an update after several users reported that the new iPhone 15 models were getting stuck on the Apple logo while transferring apps and data from an older iPhone. Updating to iOS 17.0.2 fixes an issue that may prevent transferring data directly from another iPhone during setup, Apple said. This update is only available for iPhone 15 lineup.
