Built India's first computer company worth over ₹4,00,000 crore

On 11th August 1976, Shiv Nadar started Hindustan Computers Limited (HCL) when IBM left India due to the government's foreign company policy. In 1978, Shiv created the HCL 8C computer, becoming third after IBM and Apple to do so. Today, HCL's revenue is ₹1,09,913 crore with a profit of ₹15,702 crore, making it worth ₹411,172 crore.
