A bureaucrat was dragged out of his office and kicked in his face by five-six men in Odisha's Bhubaneswar, with the assault being caught on camera. Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation's Additional Commissioner Ratnakar Sahoo said he was asked if he'd misbehaved with BJP leader Jagannath Pradhan. Odisha Administrative Service Association declared mass leave in protest, but postponed it later.
