Burger King India's m-cap crosses $1bn as stock jumps 233% from IPO price

Burger King India's market value hit ₹7,604 crore ($1.04 billion) on Wednesday as its shares jumped 233% from their IPO price since listing on Monday. The company is now more valuable than Westlife Development (₹7,000 crore), which operates 319 McDonald's outlets in west and south India. Burger King India has 261 outlets and plans to have 700 restaurants by 2026.
