A burqa-wearing candidate, Kulsum Bano, claimed that she was denied entry at an exam centre in Ajmer, Rajasthan, for the NEET-UG re-test. She said that she was asked to remove the burqa in order to appear for the exam. However, an official said that the matter has been resolved after senior officials cleared up the confusion regarding certain rules.
