Zerodha CEO Nithin Kamath said one of the reasons for not launching an IPO is that the company's business "can change in a heartbeat" due to regulation changes or market downturn. "In the last 14 years, I've not once been correct in predicting revenue growth and dips," he stated. "Why take on the burden of expectation from investors?" he added.
