A 33-year-old businesswoman, who's been accused in Karnataka Bhovi Development Corporation scam, died by suspected suicide at her home in Bengaluru, officials said. She left a note accusing a woman CID DSP of stripping her during questioning, they said. Her sister filed a police complaint, alleging the same and adding that DSP Kanakalakshmi sought ₹25 lakh bribe from the deceased.
