BYJU'S CFO PV Rao will have to physically appear in the Delhi High Court to record statement in alleged GST evasion case, media reports said. The court has denied him the option to record a statement virtually. BYJU'S has been accused of evading GST on books or printed material being supplied by it by mis-declaring supplies under an exempted category.
