Unacademy CEO and Co-founder Gaurav Munjal said that Byju Raveendran, the CEO of rival edtech startup BYJU'S, "failed because he didn't listen to anyone". Sharing his learnings from the last 24 months on X, Munjal said, "[Raveendran] put himself on a pedestal and stopped listening...Never do that. Don't listen to everyone but have people who can give you blunt feedback."
