BYJU'S Alpha, a US unit created by the edtech startup to receive loan proceeds, has sued founders Byju Raveendran, his wife Divya Gokulnath and advisor Anita Kishore. The three have been accused of fraudulently transferring $533 million (around ₹4,590 crore) in loan proceeds. Earlier, a US court found BYJU'S guilty of illegally diverting the money from BYJU'S Alpha.
