Byju's is in advanced talks to sell its online children's book subsidiary Epic, ET Now reported. The ed-tech firm is looking to close the deal by this quarter, report added. Byju's had acquired Epic in 2021 for $500 million. The move comes as reports claim Byju's accepted to cut its valuation by over 90% as it seeks to raise funds.
