Amit Kataria, the DM of Bastar has been pulled up by the Chhattisgarh govt for wearing sunglasses while receiving PM Narendra Modi last week. The govt has issued a notice to the IAS officer warning him for not following the protocol and not showing 'devotion' towards his duty under Section 3(1) of the All India Services (Conduct) Rules, 1968.
