Research In Motion Ltd. officially changed its name to BlackBerry Ltd. at its annual shareholders meeting Tuesday. During the meeting, Chief Thorsten Heins said he is"100% open to partnerships and alliances." The partnership is possibly being seeked to recover its falling market share in US, which from over 50% in 2009 to less than 3%.
