A driver of a Honda Accord was caught on camera scratching a Tesla car with his bracelet for no apparent reason at a Costco parking lot in Sunnyvale. Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety is investigating the case. Several people on Reddit shared the video and helped the police in figuring out the license plate number.
