The Congress on Sunday accused Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) Rajiv Mehrishi of conflict of interest in the Rafale deal report and argued he can't audit the deal as he was Finance Secretary between 2014-15 and a part of Rafale negotiation. The Congress has requested Mehrishi to recuse himself from auditing the deal and to accept impropriety he committed.
