HC allows Mamata to use frozen bank account for daily needs till Jan

The Calcutta High Court extended its order allowing the Mamata Banerjee-led TMC faction to operate three debit-frozen bank accounts for daily expenses until January 29. The court noted the Election Commission is yet to decide which rival TMC faction — led by Mamata or Ritabrata Banerjee — holds the party symbol.
