Allahabad High Court quashed a defamation case against a woman who had called her husband impotent during a matrimonial dispute. It said the allegation was made in good faith, without malice, and was backed by his medical report. The court noted impotency can be a ground for divorce if supported by medical examination and repeated non-consummation of marriage.
