Share price of Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd. jumped nearly 10.28% to ₹86.30, after the company announced the completion of the acquisition of 100% stake or 10 lakh shares in Appshark Software, Inc., and the cost of acquisition was ₹42.16 crore. Appshark Software, Inc. is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd.
