Footwear brand Campus Activewear has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to garner funds via an initial public offering. Promoters Hari Krishan Agarwal and Nikhil Aggarwal will cumulatively sell 1.4 crore equity shares of the total 5.1 crore shares which will be put up for sale by promoters and investors.
