Footwear brand Campus Activewear has received market regulator SEBI's approval for an IPO launch. Promoters Hari Krishan Agarwal and Nikhil Aggarwal will cumulatively sell 1.4 crore shares of the 5.1 crore shares that will be offered for sale by promoters and investors. The money raised will go to the shareholders and the company will not receive any of the funds.
