Footwear brand Campus Activewear announced that it would merge its wholly-owned subsidiary Campus AI Private Limited with the company. The company stated in a BSE filing that the merger has no impact on the Revenue and EBITDA of the entity. Company Chairman HK Agarwal said that the merger was aimed at cost rationalisation, simplified corporate structure and streamlining business operations.
