Can a father refuse if daughter asks for her share in HUF property?

As per Hindu law, a coparcener is entitled to demand a partition of the assets of the HUF to get his/her share in the HUF assets. After the amendment to the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 in September 2005, daughters have also been made coparceners of the HUF like sons. So a father can't refuse her share.
